Farm to Fork Dining

Enjoy a true farm to fork experience. The Lodge sits inside of Gallon Jug Estate. A 30,000-acre private estate with a working farm and coffee plantation. Included in your stay are walking and driving tours of the farm, coffee plantation and coffee processing plant. As a sign of gratitude for your visit, Gallon Jug Estate will send you home with a fresh bag of Belizean Gallon Jug Estate Coffee.

Unique, Unforgettable Experiences

Chan Chich Lodge offers a variety of excursions. Take advantage of their varying on-site activities – birding (they have one of the most diverse bird watching in the world), horseback riding (over 12 horses in their stables), farm tours (get a chance to meet their resident 2,000lb bull named Mr. Rojo), guided hikes through lush jungle to archeological sites, boat tours in their very own Laguna Verde, enjoy quiet time on their floating dock at Laguna Seca, and driving tours to explore the thousands of acres of land and wild animals.

The lodge’s cabanas are designed to immerse you in the beauty and tranquility of the Belize rainforest while providing the modern comforts you desire. Nestled among lush tropical gardens and surrounded by the calls of exotic birds, each accommodation type offers a peaceful escape with spacious interiors, an en-suite bathroom, private verandas, and inviting hammocks for the perfect jungle siesta.

Airfare

Transportation to and from the Belize airport

We will work with you to schedule transportation to and from the airport. These arrangements are made with the Lodge. You have the choice to fly or have the Lodge drive you on this 3 hour trip. If you choose to drive, it will range from $40-$70 round trip depending on number of people.

For most rooms this means you each get your own queen bed. For a few of the rooms, you would share a king. First come, first serve so sign up early to get your choice of room.

Meet Your Yoga Guides

  • Hello! I am the owner and founder of PeakZen Yoga! I am passionate about helping people move the way they need to in order to live the life they want to.

    I love building a community of people who are dedicated to creating a healthy lifestyle for themselves and their family and want to have fun doing it!

    My favorite thing to do is guide someone through something they have never done before, especially something that scares them!

    I have led many Yoga & Camping Retreats in Georgia, and I am excited to take PeakZen’s life changing retreats to Belize!

    I visited Belize on my honeymoon, and I have been eager to return! It is such a beautiful landscape with warm, inviting people. It makes you feel so connected to nature, the land and yourself, and I can’t wait to bring you all along!


  • Telsys is a palm tree and beach loving Miami native. She first practiced yoga over 20 years ago and immediately fell in love with it. She has studied both Anusara & Jivamukti Yoga which are the foundation for her practice and inspiration for all her teachings. Telsys brings a strong focus to her classes through deep stretching, development of fluidity in movements and creating flexibility for long term health. Telsys believes that a solid yoga practice allows athletes to recover and perform better. Her assists have been labeled as "yummy yet challenging" and her playlists will have you "singing out the studio door".

    Off the mat, Telsys is a single mom to two teenagers (her daughter a swimmer and her son a baseball player). She is a passionate yogi, paddle boarder, ultramarathoner and accomplished Ironman triathlete. She’s also a world travel enthusiast and is usually out and about training for her next race.
