Class Descriptions

PEAK

A dynamic Vinyasa yoga class designed for students with some prior yoga experience and familiarity with common pose names. We’ll break down poses to refine alignment and build confidence, while flowing through sequences that elevate your heart rate, strengthen the body, and provide an extra burn. Alternative pose options will be offered throughout class, allowing you to choose a more or less challenging variation based on your experience and goals.

If you are brand new to yoga, we recommend taking our Foundations class first to build a strong foundation before joining this class.

DESCEND

Join us for a candlelight Yin class that is sure to relax your body and mind before bed. This class focuses on breathwork and deep stretching, holding poses for 3-5 minutes. Come unwind with us.

SUMMIT

Get the benefits of yoga as well as the challenge of a strength class in this upbeat class with weights! We will warm up with yoga, jump into a full body sculpt and then cool down with a great stretch.

MOBILITY

This class will allow you to move the way you need in order to live the life you want. And do so while avoiding injury! We will guide you through movements to work on your mobility, balance, flexibility, and core to improve body functionality and promote joint mobility and stability.

PEAK + DESCEND

Join us for the perfect combination - 30 minutes of Vinyasa (flow) and 30 minutes of Yin (passive, longer-held stretches). You are sure to leave feeling relaxed and refreshed!

SUMMIT + STEP

This unique class style will give you a little bit of everything! A third modern step aerobics, a third strength training, and a third of yoga! Never done step before? No worries! We will guide you every step of the way.

FOUNDATIONS

This class is great for beginners AND experienced yogis. We will break down fundamental poses, focusing on proper alignment, breathwork and body awareness. Expect a supportive setting with detailed instruction helping you develop strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence in your yoga practice.
