    Foundations, Peak 1, Descend, or Peak 1 + Descend classes are where you want to start.

    • Peak 1 - if you want to move

    • Descend - if you want to find stillness

    • Peak 1 + Descend - if you want a mix of both

    Experienced yogi and like vinyasa?
    Peak2 is for you!

    Do you have some restrictions or limited mobility?
    Give our Mobility class a try! Or Descend is a great option as well.

    Do you like strength training but also want the benefits of yoga? Summit is where it’s at!

  • Wear comfortable clothing (in yoga, you do not wear shoes or socks) and bring a water bottle.

    If you have your own yoga mat, bring it along. If not, we have one you can use.
