  • Kaitlin Fowler

Kaitlin began her yoga journey 10 years ago when she was searching for ways to help manage her anxiety. She had always been curious about yoga and knew of the physical benefits due to her already active lifestyle. Little did she know the beneficial affects it would have on her mental health. She quickly found that through yoga she was able to unleash the power of her true self.

At Kennesaw State University, she enrolled in a Yoga for Wellness course where she obtained in-depth knowledge on the proper technique and benefits of each posture. Kaitlin was captivated by yoga and drawn to deepen her own personal practice. She realized that yoga was a huge part of who she was and because of that she felt driven to share her experience with others. Kaitlin graduated from her 200 hour teacher training from Giving Tree in 2022 and continues to expand her skill set through educational opportunities and workshops.

Through a playful approach to teaching, Kaitlin aims to bring her students to a place of joyful tranquility. She is dedicated to equality and creating a safe space for her students to practice. Kaitlin focuses on using dynamic movements with synchronized breathing to build strength and flexibility. In her classes you will feel empowered to explore your body and mind, deepen your practice, and have fun!

  • Jennie Beard

Jennie was born and raised in WV, attended college at WVU, and then left after college for Washington DC to start a new adventure. She met my husband at a WVU/Navy football game. They moved around the US while he was in the Navy, living in Charleston, SC, Connecticut briefly, and Seattle. They moved to Atlanta in 2014 and have been in Decatur and East Cobb ever since. They have three kids.

Jennie loves being outdoors, playing tennis, hiking or backpacking, riding her bike, traveling, skiing and setting up her yoga mat in a studio or on her patio.

She completed her yoga 200 hour TT in 2015, having little to no yoga experience beforehand. She has been teaching yoga for a little over 7 years. She completed her 300 hour TT in January 2022. She practices asana yoga to clear her head, strengthen her body, build relationships with other yogis, but mostly to rise above the daily clutter and distractions of life. Yoga has given Jennie strength, confidence, and this mind over matter discipline that has taught her anything is possible.
